4) Contact

If you contact us for the purpose of concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your enquiry. This is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts concerned have been finally clarified and where there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

 

5) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing

In accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the purpose of performing a contract or when opening a customer account. The data that is collected can be seen in the respective input forms. You can delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller. We store and use the data you provide for the performance of the contract. Following completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked while considering retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted after the expiry of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or we reserve the right to a legally permitted further use of the data.

 

6) Comment function

As part of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time at which the comment was created and the commenter name that you have chosen will be stored and published on this website. Your IP address is also logged and stored. This IP address is stored for security reasons and in the event that the data subject violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content by means of a comment. 7) Data processing for order processing

7.1 In order to process your order, we cooperate with the following service provider(s), who support us in whole or in part in the performance of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We will pass on your payment details to the commissioned credit institution as part of payment processing where this is necessary for the processing of the payment. - Deutsche Post

If the goods are delivered by Deutsche Post (Deutsche Post AG, Charles de Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn), we will pass on your e-mail address to Deutsche Post in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR prior to the delivery of the goods to coordinate a delivery date or to obtain notice of delivery, provided that you have given your explicit consent to this in the order process. Otherwise, we will only pass on the name of the recipient and the delivery address to Deutsche Post for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is only passed on where this is necessary for the delivery of goods. In this case, it is not possible to coordinate the delivery date with Deutsche Post or obtain notice of delivery.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future vis-à-vis the above-mentioned controller or Deutsche Post.

- DHL
